Is my data safe?

Yes. Each customer has a private data space. Your content and chats are never shared.Enterprise users can get dedicated hosting, NDAs, and custom legal terms.

Does Chatlys learn from chats? Do you store data?

Chatlys stores anonymized Q&A only for improving relevance and analytics. You can disable this in settings.

What happens if I go over my monthly question limit?

You'll get an email alert. If you don’t upgrade, responses will pause until next month.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The Free plan works without a credit card.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades (e.g. from Business to Pro) take effect on your next billing cycle.
